1. About these terms

By using jatak.pk or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping information and Returns & Refunds policy. “Jatak.pk”, “we” and “us” refer to this online store.

2. Products

We sell physical toys for children. We try to show accurate photos, descriptions and prices. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, your screen or manufacturing differences. Product availability can change without notice.

Where age guidance or safety notes appear on a product page, please read them carefully. Parents and guardians remain responsible for choosing a suitable toy and for supervising play (including batteries, small parts and moving toys).

3. Pricing & orders

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). An order is an offer to buy; we may confirm, refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud or incomplete customer details. We will try to contact you using the phone or email you provide.

4. Cash on Delivery

Payment is collected when the order is delivered, unless another method is agreed. Please provide an accurate phone number and address so the courier can reach you.

5. Delivery

Delivery across Pakistan is charged at a flat Rs 150 (set in checkout). Timelines are estimates and may vary by city and courier conditions. See our Shipping page for more detail.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy (7-day window for eligible unused items; special process for damaged/defective/wrong items).

7. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Jatak.pk is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or products, beyond the purchase price of the relevant order. Toys must be used with appropriate adult supervision.
